– Kết nối thông tin giữa khách hàng Đài Loan của Công ty và bộ phận cung ứng lao động trong nước.
– Tiếp nhận các thông tin đơn hàng, các yêu cầu cụ thể từ phía đối tác Đài Loan của Công ty.
– Truyền đạt các thông tin yêu cầu đến bộ phận triển khai tìm kiếm lao động trong nước và xác định điều kiện của các ứng viên phù hợp với yêu cầu của phía khách hàng Đài Loan.
– Theo dõi tiến trình làm hồ sơ, các thủ tục giấy tờ của người lao động cho đến khi xuất cảnh thành công.
– Tiếp nhận các thông tin về phát sinh cảu người lao động làm việc tại Đài Loan và phối hợp với các bộ phần liên quan xử lý.
Yêu cầu công việc:
– Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
– Thành thạo tiếng Trung với bốn kỹ năng nghe – nói – đọc – viết
– Sử dụng thành thạo ứng dụng văn phòng: Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint hoặc Google Docs, Open Office.
– Sử dụng các thiết bị văn phòng thông dụng như máy fax, máy in,… thành thạo.
